Personal data protection

The administrator of personal data is Agencja Reklamowa Agnieszka Kowalczyk with its
seat in Białęcino, PL.

Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose of providing an answer,
including in order to archive and send your data by e-mail and to provide the service.

As part of the services we provide, personal data may be transferred to courts,
administrative authorities and contractors of the Advertising Agency to the extent
necessary to perform and settle the services.

The data is provided voluntarily; however, it will not be possible to provide the service
without this data.

The data will be processed for the duration of the service and for 10 years from the end of
its provision, after which it will be deleted.

The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
and in the scope of refusing to express consent on the basis of legal provisions (Article 6 (1)
(b) of the GDPR)).

Please be advised that at any time you have the right to: request information, obtain
access to data, rectify, supplement or delete your data, limit processing, object to data
processing, transfer data or withdraw consent to data processing.

In addition, we would like to inform you about the right to lodge a complaint with the
supervisory authority if the data is processed unlawfully. The supervisory body is: the
President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
